📍 Location: Tirana, Albania | Prishtina, Kosovo
🕒 Working Hours: 15:00 – 23:00 (Full-time, Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
