EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, a leading bank in Albania with a strong presence in the local market and a commitment to providing high-quality banking products and services, is currently recruiting a Branch Manager for its branch in Tirana.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Represent the Bank with professionalism and integrity, strengthening its presence and reputation within the local community;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, businesses and public institutions;

• Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the development of the Bank’s client portfolio;

• Monitor economic, commercial and banking developments in the local market;

• Lead, coordinate and motivate branch employees toward the achievement of common business and operational objectives;

• Monitor branch performance and take appropriate actions to support the achievement of established targets;

• Oversee the daily activities of the branch, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable banking regulations;

• Promote a high standard of customer service and ensure the effective handling of clients’ needs;

• Encourage collaboration within the branch and across the wider branch network;

• Contribute ideas and recommendations aimed at improving processes, service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements for this position are:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another related field;

• Experience in the banking sector in a managerial position;

• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, processes and regulations;

• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills;

• Very good communication, presentation, coordination and influencing skills;

• Strong customer and business orientation;

• Very good English;

• High level of professionalism, integrity and work ethic.
