EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company operating in the Oil & Gas industry, is currently recruiting a Journey Manager based in Durres.

Major responsibilities:

• Plan, review, approve and monitor personnel journeys in line with Journey Management Plans, HSSE and road transport standards;

• Assess route conditions, weather, security and transportation risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures;

• Coordinate transportation schedules, drivers, vehicles and third-party providers for personnel and contractors;

• Monitor journeys and maintain accurate tracking, driver qualification and vehicle compliance records;

• Coordinate materials movement with operational teams and support emergency transportation requirements;

• Monitor IVMS data, road safety KPIs and transport compliance, reporting incidents and improvement opportunities;

• Collaborate with Logistics, HSSE, Operations and contractors to ensure safe and efficient transportation.

• Conduct routine checks of vehicles, driver documentation and contractor compliance with road transport safety requirements;

• Coordinate workforce mobilization, demobilization and crew changes between operational sites, offices and accommodation facilities;

• Support transport incident investigations, emergency response and travel advisories, including road closures and adverse weather conditions.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, HSSE or a related field;

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation coordination or journey management within oil & gas, energy or construction;

• Experience with journey management systems, transport risk assessments and road safety compliance;

• Strong planning, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport/journey management software; very good in English and Albanian;

• Valid category B driving license and availability for regular work-related travel between Durres and Berat.

Employment Details:

• Location: Durres Base, with regular work-related travel to Berat during the week

• Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension

• Working Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday Full-time, 8 hours per day.
