Entry-Level Recruiter (No Experience Required)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and screening candidate applications

• Contacting candidates via phone, email, and online platforms

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews

• Posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms

• Maintaining and updating candidate records and databases

• Conducting basic pre-screening conversations with applicants

• Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks

• Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• No experience required; full training will be provided

• Strong communication skills in English

• Comfortable speaking with candidates via phone and online

• Basic computer literacy

• Professional attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work on-site in Tirana during the stated hours
