At EPPC Albania, we are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who can identify the right talent and deliver recruitment solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruitment assignments from the initial client brief through to candidate selection. You will combine proactive sourcing with thoughtful assessment, working closely with clients and candidates throughout the process.

Your impact:

• Turn hiring needs into a focused search: Work closely with clients to understand their business context, role requirements and expectations, and define an effective approach for each assignment.

• Discover and engage the right people: Identify and approach candidates through professional networks, direct search, social media and job platforms. Create recruitment content that attracts relevant talent.

• Assess experience beyond the CV: Screen and interview candidates to understand their experience, skills and motivation, and evaluate their suitability for each opportunity.

• Keep the recruitment process moving: Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain clear, timely communication with clients and candidates, providing support throughout the hiring process.

• Build relationships for future opportunities: Develop and maintain a network of qualified professionals for current and upcoming assignments.

What you bring:

• Proven recruitment experience, independently managing the full cycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement and interviewing;

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates;

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects, with strong organization, prioritization and attention to detail;

• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information;

• Very good command of English and Italian;

• Proficiency in LinkedIn, social media recruitment and content creation tools;

• University degree and proficiency in MS Office.
