Detyrat
Provide technical support to employees both on-site and remotely.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to computers, operating systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, telephones, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain the company's computer network, identifying and resolving potential connectivity issues.
Administer and maintain Windows systems, servers, and user accounts in Active Directory.
Provide technical assistance with company applications and platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Monitor system updates and ensure the implementation of IT security measures.
Handle technical support requests through the ticketing system and follow up on their resolution.
Prepare and update technical documentation, user guides, and system operating procedures.
Report technical issues and provide updates on the status of IT interventions to management.
Kualifikimet
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or a similar role. Relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Chrome OS.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
Knowledge of computer network administration and TCP/IP protocols.
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Knowledge of IT security systems and cloud application administration.
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
